You are working on a production server: the suivi-api service must not stop, and no accounting record may disappear. You never remove an access before checking that its replacement works. Touch neither the ssm-user account nor its sudoers file: it is your own access to the terminal. The sandbox lives for three hours.
Tip
Never trust a sudo rule you have not seen working: sudo -l -U <user> shows what it grants, and a test under the user's identity shows what it refuses. And after every change to a sudoers file, visudo -c: one syntax error can deprive the whole machine of sudo.
